Contribution to IT systems continuity and operational support

Coordination with external technical providers (infrastructure, security, managed services, telephony, network operators)

Planning, monitoring, and adjustment of IT budget (CapEx and OpEx)

Oversight of internal IT projects (management tools, HR solutions, awareness initiatives, business applications)

Organization and prioritization of user support requests

Supervision of IT assets lifecycle (procurement, deployment, renewal, recycling, licenses, and contracts) in collaboration with service providers

Participation in operational meetings and reporting on IT activities
