The platforms we deploy, manage, and connect.
What organisations typically ask us.
How is Dayana different from a traditional IT consultancy?
A consultancy visits, assesses, and recommends. Their work ends when the report is delivered. Our work begins where the report would end: we place an IT manager inside your organisation who is accountable for outcomes, not deliverables. They are present daily. They know your staff. They own the problem.
What does an embedded IT manager actually do day-to-day?
They act as an IT presence inside your organisation. On a typical day: resolving system issues raised by staff, coordinating with software vendors on updates or bugs, attending operational briefings, training new staff on your PMS or CRM, and managing any planned maintenance or integrations. They are not a helpdesk. They are an IT manager embedded with you.
Which PMS, CRM, ERP, and POS systems does Dayana support?
For hospitality: Opera Cloud, Mews, Medialog, Protel, Apaleo, and the key integrations around them (POS, channel managers, key management, in-room tech). For real estate: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, SAP, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. If your system is not on this list, ask us. Our network is broad.
What size organisation does Dayana typically serve?
We work with hotels from 50 to 500 rooms, with internal IT and operations teams typically of 3 to 50 staff. We also serve real estate portfolios from single assets to multi-country groups, and private residences requiring dedicated IT management. The scale of the organisation matters less than the standard it is held to.
Does Dayana operate outside Belgium and Ireland?
Our offices are in Brussels, Paris and Dublin. We serve clients across Belgium, France and Ireland, and can discuss arrangements for organisations in adjacent markets. Contact us to discuss your specific geography.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most engagements begin with a minimum 6-month term. Many clients renew annually. The embedded model works best when the manager has time to become genuinely integrated. A 2-week rotation delivers none of the value we are built to provide.
Who manages the Dayana IT manager inside our organisation?
Your embedded manager reports to your management structure: your General Manager, COO, or whoever owns IT decisions in your organisation. You have direct access, direct accountability, and direct management authority.
What happens if our embedded manager is unavailable?
The Dayana network provides continuity. If your embedded manager is on leave or unavailable, we coordinate cover from within our team, someone who already knows your organisation's context, not a stranger unfamiliar with your systems.
