We use your submission exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up on a potential engagement. We do not sell, licence, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. After that period it is deleted from our systems.
Third-Party Services
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form emails. Your submission data passes through Resend's infrastructure, which is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU. Our website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com), whose infrastructure may set technically essential cookies.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts. Vercel may set a technically essential session identifier for infrastructure purposes.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at enquiries@dayanacorp.com. We will respond within 30 days.
